The best fish and chips in Hertford! The fish is always perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, while the chips are golden, fresh, and full of flavor. Everything tastes fresh and made with care. A real gem in Hertford – highly recommended!

My partner and I drove past our usual Fish and Chip takeaway,and the queue was so large that we suggested coming here. To our surprise it was almost empty. It's under new management and it really shows! We got home with our cod,large chips and sausage,and the quality was unreal. Not only do you get a decent portion,but I found myself leaving none of the fish whatsoever! Usually I would need to leave a lot of batter and there's not enough fish inside. This fish however,(as well as everything else) was probably the freshest I've ever had! So much so that we went back the following week for more. The guys who now run it are not only friendly,kind and helpful,but you can tell they really do care about the food they're cooking. They're well worth a visit if you're walking through town or you're stuck on what to have!

Best Fish&Chips In Town💐 I recently got a take away from there and I have to say that was fantastic! Service with a smile and passion for what they sell. I got fish and chips with mushy pies. Fish (really fresh fish too!) melted in my mouth, with its very light yet crispy batter. Chips chunky , crispy on the outside and creamy on the in. Mushy pies…wow! Best I’ve had! they always keep this great level of service and attitude and never drop their standards. I highly recommended.
